Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the natunatoto Platform. Players found to have created duplicate, linked or otherwise multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all associated accounts suspended and all Balances and Bonus Funds forfeited without notice.

All fields marked as mandatory during registration must be completed truthfully.
natunatoto is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to granting full account access. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), a recent proof of address, and confirmation of the payment methods used for deposit. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. natunatoto will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account caused by the Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

Cryptocurrency deposits including BTC and USDT are also accepted. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are generally processed instantly. natunatoto does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, for which natunatoto accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following successful KYC verification. natunatoto reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
Where a Player holds active Bonus Funds with an incomplete Wagering Requirement, withdrawal of the real-money Balance may be permitted; however, doing so may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings. Players are advised to review their current bonus status prior to initiating a withdrawal.
natunatoto maintains strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in accordance with applicable international standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to delay, withhold or refuse a withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are connected to fraudulent, criminal or suspicious activity.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by natunatoto are subject to these Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the respective promotional communications. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) applied to the Bonus Funds amount. For example, a Bonus of RM100 with a x15 Wagering Requirement requires RM1,500 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
Different games contribute at different rates toward clearing Wagering Requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) contribute 10%. Sports betting contributions may vary by promotion. The specific contribution rates applicable to a promotion will be stated in the promotional terms.
While Bonus Funds remain active in a Player's Account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM300 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of bonus credit. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Player's Account upon expiry.
natunatoto reserves the right to withhold, cancel or forfeit any bonus, promotional credit or associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close any Account, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
natunatoto reserves the right to add, modify, suspend or permanently remove any game or betting market from the Platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific games and betting markets may be subject to geographic restrictions.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the calculation of odds, natunatoto reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to Player Balances. natunatoto shall not be obligated to pay out winnings derived from bets placed during a known or subsequently identified system error.
All sports betting markets, including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC and other international events, are governed by market-specific rules published at the time of bet placement. In-play bets accepted during a live event are accepted on a best-efforts basis and may be subject to delay. natunatoto accepts no liability for bets placed at odds that were generated due to a feed error or data discrepancy.
All decisions made by natunatoto in respect of game outcomes, bet settlement, and the application of these Terms are final and binding. Any disputes must be submitted to our Customer Support team in the first instance. natunatoto's decision on all operational matters shall be final.

natunatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations. Accounts closed under self-exclusion may not be reopened before the self-exclusion period has elapsed.
Upon account closure or termination, all Bonus Funds, promotional credits and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money Balances will be returned to the verified Player following completion of any required due diligence procedures.
